Corporate-level Strategy

Hershey's Corporate-level Strategy is to gain a competitive advantage by being environmentally friendly and by having a diverse set of products. Hershey is a dominant business with between 70% and 95% of revenue coming from their single candy business. The major brands and product lines they own include Hershey's, Kit Kat, Kisses, Reese's, Jolly Rancher, Twizzlers, and Ice Breakers. It has an immense competitive advantage against their rivals Cadbury, Mars, and Nestle because of its popular brand names.
