Strategic Concepts of a Company: Hershey's

Hershey's mission is "Bringing sweet moments of Hershey happiness to the world every day." This company considers its stakeholders to be consumers, employees, business partners, shareholders, and communities. It is nice to know that they consider all of these groups as being important to them. Hershey's values are called "One Hershey." The values state that the company "is a global and diverse team, operating with integrity, working together, determined to make a difference." This sounds like a good company to me. Their 2007 nest sales were $4.9 billion, which is quite impressive. This is a global company with exports to over 90 countries.
